Sasaeng fans have always been at the center of controversy in K-Pop culture. For sasaengfans, the business of deifying K-pop idols serves no indirect function, the lawless obsession is an end itself. Most of our idols like TVXQ, JYJ, Super Junior, BigBang, 2PM and many more have been followed by their sasaeng fans.
On February 28th, BigBang’s G Dragon tweeted, “These days younger kids are coming to my house.. Even up to the door.. I understand but I think this is going too far. My mom and sister are surprised when they come home at night.. Stop hiding and don’t come to my house.”
GD‘s sister even talked about the sasaeng fans. She said when they appeared after hiding inside fire hydrant, GD got shocked after that.
This matter is getting serious and can cause problems. Hope these sasaeng fans would understand and respect their idol’s privacy.
